Sacred Cycles - post course check-in

Dearest Queen/Quxxn,

Thank you so much for joining in with my Sacred Cycles course that took place earlier this year. I hope you were able to rediscover, reconnect with and reclaim each part of not only your cycle, but yourself too!

Part of what empowers many of us is and sharing our experiences, perspectives and ideas. I really enjoyed doing this throughout the course and would love to do it again to find out how we all fared with what we learned. Did you start with your diet? Or maybe tuned into your energy?
