How many of us have found ourselves trapped in someone else's idea of love?

I'll share my truth: from a young age, I learned that love often meant abuse. As a survivor of childhood and domestic abuse, and later, intimate partner violence and sexual assault, I've walked a path of healing and transformation. Together, we'll delve into where these toxic definitions of love originate and the roles we've played. It's about journeying within, doing the deep work, and emerging stronger, no longer accepting abuse, staying silent, or blaming ourselves.

Join me in a sacred circle where we'll explore these truths through gentle prompts, grounding activities, the soothing sounds of singing bowls, and the power of shared experiences. This is a space of safety, compassion, and sisterhood—where you're never alone and never judged.

It's time to rediscover, reclaim, and redefine love on our terms.
