I openly acknowledge my own journey through unhealthy and toxic relationships, which ultimately inspired the creation of Mama Luna. I too, once struggled with a distorted understanding of love influenced by societal and familial teachings.

Without shouldering the burden of blame or shame, I recognize the grooming, manipulation, and abuse I endured in intimate partnerships. It took me nearly two years to break free from a cycle where violence masqueraded as love and friendship, despite my intuition waving red flags.

Embarking on the path towards healthy relationships demanded significant effort, and I'm eager to share the steps I've taken with you through prompts and exercises. Let's not overlook the soothing sounds of singing bowls and grounding exercises, essential tools on this journey.
