I'd like to invite you to a Yoni steaming workshop and sister circle, but with a difference. This is a Yoni steaming workshop calling on the lessons & strength of Goddess Hathor: protecting your peace & boundaries.

So first of all, let's talk Yoni steaming. This isn’t a fad or an extravagant spa treatment. It’s a time-tested healing experience that helps you to relax and get back to yourself. It’s a chance for women to rediscover the balance within and give our wombs the love and care that befits the beautiful, sacred source of our femininity.

Yoni steaming is also about giving women the chance to take back control of our personal health. By using carefully selected botanical infusions, we can use the gifts of the earth to support and nourish our wombs.

Now, Goddess Hathor.....and why! Hathor is the Kemetic (Ancient Egyptian) bull-headed Goddess/deity of fertility, motherhood, love, beauty, music, dance, and joy. Her statues were often found in red tents while women were in labour and giving birth up until the time of the exodus of peoples from Kemet to Judea where Christianity was rising.

Whilst in the grip of lockdown, I was going through a really tough time emotionally and realised that my landlord and landlady - who I shared the same property with - were (and still are) racist. The BLM protests highlighted their willful ignorance, white fragility, centering and much more...and I decided to bounce! While packing my things, I took a nap and it happened...I felt the ground shake beneath me as if bulls were stampeding; I saw a vision of Goddess Hathor! She was stood there in her bull form and the full moon appeared between her horns and she looked TERRIFYING.

It's been a while since that vision, however, the lesson becomes clearer and clearer as times goes on: find your peace, protect it and be bold with your boundaries.

This may not sound like the description of Goddess Hathor above, but the joy, dancing, beauty and music of life are there, ready and waiting when WE decide what a peaceful life looks like to US. Not having it dictated to us.

In this workshop, this sister circle of safety and a judgement-free, we'll:

• learn about Yoni steaming
• learn the basics of our body systems
• have an embodiment session
• learn about herbs and their properties - herbs will be provided for you. Please send your address once purchasing your ticket so I can send them to you on time
• openly talk about and share our ideas on our peace and boundaries
• and so the sacred Yoni steam

Another element that I'm excited to add to this workshop: plant alchemy! I've been developing a deeper relationship with herbs and Hathor, asking them for guidance. And I'll be sharing the wisdom of them both with you - I can't wait!
